These terms govern your use of SignalSharp (signalsharp.ai). By using SignalSharp, you agree to these terms.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using SignalSharp, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into this agreement. If you are using SignalSharp on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
Use of the service
SignalSharp provides signal-driven outbound research tools for professional use. You agree to use SignalSharp only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use SignalSharp to generate outreach for spam, phishing, or any form of unsolicited bulk communication.
Your content
You retain ownership of any product descriptions, ICP definitions, and other content you provide to SignalSharp. By providing this content, you grant SignalSharp a limited licence to use it solely to provide the service to you. We do not use your content to train AI models or share it with other users.
Subscription and payment
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact hello@signalsharp.ai within 7 days of a charge if you believe a billing error has occurred.
Limitation of liability
SignalSharp provides outbound research assistance. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from using our service. SignalSharp's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of SignalSharp after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
