We collect information you provide directly: your name and email address when you join our waitlist or contact us, and any information you enter when using the SignalSharp Check. We also collect standard usage data including page views, session duration, and feature interactions via privacy-respecting analytics.
How we use your information
We use your information to operate and improve SignalSharp, communicate with you about your waitlist status and product updates, and respond to your support requests. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models.
Data storage and security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Brevo for email communication and Firestore for application data. Both services are SOC 2 compliant. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.
Cookies and analytics
We use privacy-preserving analytics (Plausible) that does not use cookies and does not track you across sites. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@signalsharp.ai. If you are in the EU, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to object to processing.
